Pregnancy reflexology, also known as maternity reflexology or ante-natal reflexology is a complementary health therapy which treats the whole body by using massage, pressure, reflexes and gentle movements on the feet and lower legs.Reflexology helps to bring about a natural state of relaxation, balance and harmony in the body which helps to reduce and alleviate the many pregnancy symptoms. It will prepare the body for labour by balancing the body systems, especially the endocrine system which governs the labour process.
