Hello and welcome to The Reflexologist.

My name is Ursula O'Dea and I have over 32 years experience of working in the health and wellbeing sector as a Registered Nurse and currently as a Registered Midwife. I have discovered the benefits that the Complementary therapy of reflexology brings to clients' health and I am very excited to introduce this treatment to as many people as possible.

I am a Clinical Reflexology practitioner, having achieved a Level 5 Diploma from Agored Cymru, which is currently the highest level of training in the UK. I studied for this qualification with Dorothy Kelly Academy in Belfast. 

I have studied and achieved my Certificate in Midwifery Acupuncture with Expectancy in London which I can offer to my pregnant clients. I also provide moxibustion education for pregnant clients with breech babies and I am certified to use 6 Essential oils in childbirth and labour.

I have also achieved my Advanced Acupuncture for Midwifery Practice with Expectancy in London to expand my service for preconception, natural fertility and support for threatened miscarriage.

I completed training with Heidi Armstrong in Bristol to add Moxibustion for Reflexology to my treatments where clinically indicated..

I am registered with both the Association of Reflexologists and FEDANT and fully insured to provide my therapies.

I work from my therapy room based in the garden of my home in Upper Ballinderry with some beautiful views of Lough Neagh in the distance.

Our first encounter will include a full investigatory treatment with sessions thereafter based on an individual treatment plan with a combination of therapies, bespoke to you and your needs.
